Welfare Environment in Islam The atmosphere of the society must be developed on the basis of welfare, cooperation, help, share in sorrow, sacrifice and brotherhood. When the people meet they must pray for each other's salvation. Every man must wish for his brother what he likes for himself. All the evils must be avoided.
