He obtained his Takhassus degree (an advanced degree equivalent to Ph.D.) in Islamic education from Darul Uloom Karachi, the largest and most renowned Islamic educational institution in Pakistan. He also obtained a Master's degree in Arabic literature from Punjab University, and a law degree (LLB) from Karachi University. Welfare Environment in Islam The atmosphere of the society must be developed on the basis of welfare, cooperation, help, share in sorrow, sacrifice and brotherhood. When the people meet they must pray for each other's salvation. Every man must wish for his brother what he likes for himself. All the evils must be avoided. Cooperation must be rendered in good deeds.      Quran says: "Help ye one another unto righteousness and pious duty. Help not one another unto sin and transgression." (5:2) At another place says: Be thou kind even as Allah hath been kind to thee, and seek not corruption in the earth. (28:77) At another place Quran Justifies: O ye who believe!
